Argentinian silver model plane that was presented to General Agustin Pedro Justo, the Argentinian Minister for War, before he became president in 1932 and during which time he established the country's central bank and introduced a nationwide income tax. The model commemorates a forced parachute descent he made in 1927.

 

His presidency was part of the period known as the Infamous Decade, the period of time that began in 1930 with the coup d'état against President Yrigoyen and resulted in the rising to power of Juan Perón after the Military coup of 1943.
