This is a superior antique canteen of antique silver cutlery in the unusual Early English pattern that anyone would be proud to have on their table. The set is an elegant and elongated form of the classic Old English pattern - Old English being the classic and definitive flatware pattern that was first produced in the middle of the 18th century and continues to this day.  Sets made at the end of the Victorian era and through to the end of the First World War represent the zenith of quality in both workmanship and gauge of silver used in the making.and comprises:


12 table forks

12 dessert forks

12 tablespoons

12 dessert spoons (one new)

12 teaspoons (one new)

1 soup ladle

1 basting spoon


Since antique knives rarely survive, this set is completed with 12 pairs of new matching silver dessert and table knives with stainless steel blades, all of which are dishwasher safe.
