An oval early 19th century silver teapot stand on four supports, and fitted on the underside with a wood base support. The side is decorated with a thread pattern, typical styling of the late Georgian era, and edged with an applied slant gadroon border. Given the large size of the stand, it is equally suitable to use as a display stand for any number of pieces for the table or a decorative objet d'art.
