Charming antique silver sandwich or lunch box made in the Victorian era to be taken out on game shoots, fishing trips or other country pursuits. It slips comfortably into a hunting or outdoor jacket pocket. The box is of a substantial silver gauge and is fitted with a D-shaped swing handle.
The interior is gilded and there is a family crest of a demi-lion rampant engraved on the cover.
