A fine quality full-size four-piece silver tea and coffee set made in the mid 19th century and comprising a teapot, coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl.
All pieces are hand chased in high relief with floral decoration, foliage, lattice work and acanthus leaf handles. The teapot and coffee pot have cast detachable flowerhead and leaf finials and each piece is mounted on scroll and leaf supports. There is a vacant scroll cartouche on each side of each piece.

Note: Under the rules of the UK government's Ivory Act 2018, this silver tea set qualifies for an ivory exemption certificate. If required, the ivory parts may be replicated and replaced with an ivory substitute at no additional cost.
