From the Edwardian era, this is a highly decorative and unusual antique silver rose bowl with matching vases that could also double as candle holders.

Each piece is of substantial weight and finely decorated with acanthus leaves within panels surmounted by bellflowers. Cast and applied bead and leaf-and-rope pattern borders decorate the rims and bases, while the handles are designed as interwoven reeded acanthus stems and flowers.

The four silver vases feature gilt interiors and could be used alternatively used as candleholders. The two-handled silver bowl makes a useful bowl for presenting fruit.
