A set of six antique sterling silver lobster picks with a two-pronged fork on one end and shallow scoop on the other to extract the meat from the legs, claws and other small parts of the lobster. This set of lobster picks feature a family crest, not yet identified, on the central button.

Specialised dining equipment such as lobster cracks and picks were a nineteenth century refinement. By the Victorian period, touching food at the table was considered bad manners except in certain circumstances.
